- Deposits are taken. As an Agency we are registered with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme for all deposits. Certificates of Registration are issued.
- We will undertake a detailed inventory/schedule of conditions as required under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
- We Prepare the Tenancy Agreements.
- We collect the monthly rent, discharging this to you within 5 working days of receipt, by your requested method.
- We carry out regular internal property inspections and provide you with a written report of our findings.
- We can arrange repairs and respond to any emergencies using Approved qualified contractors with a proven history.
- We can arrange all certificates required by law, i.e. Gas Safety certificate, N.I.C.E.I.C Electrical reports, together with their renewals.
- We notify all utility companies of the new occupants and transfer the accounts into their names.
- We will provide a Tenant find service only, should that be all you require.
- We offer a competitive management fee.
